Lexington Ballet

I’ve been working with non-profits around Lexington to provide them with photos for the Good Giving Guide.  The Guide is being put out by Smiley Pete Publishing and will showcase over 30 non-profits in the Bluegrass area that people can donate money to this holiday season.  It’s been a lot of fun for me to help bring their vision of their non-profits to life and I am happy to help contribute to a season of giving!

The Lexington Ballet is located downtown in the historic LexArts building.  I would have loved to taken ballet here (most of my ballet classes were in strip malls.)   It has high ceilings and huge windows and great acoustics – honestly, I wanted to put down the camera and dance too.

LBT is great because while they teach girls ballet at every level, they are also focused on community outreach – bringing ballet and dance and movement to the masses.

How cute are these girls?  I had such a great time with them – I love the ballet.
